SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE

This smoothie will boost your energy levels and strengthen your immune system. It’s packed with fibre, vitamin B and magnesium. Thin the smoothie out with water if it’s too thick to pour.
- 1 avocado small handful baby spinach leaves
- ¼ green apple
- ½ English cucumber
- ½ small celery stick zest and juice of
- 1 lime small handful mint small handful basil
- 125ml full fat plain yoghurt
- 250ml milk or nut milk handful ice
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth. Serve immediately.

- 125ml strong espresso coffee, slightly cooled
- 30ml coconut oil, melted in the warm coffee
- 250ml almond milk
- 125ml cream handful ice erythritol, to taste (optional)
- 125ml almond milk, at room temperature, to serve
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Sweeten if needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
2. Pour the almond milk into a French press and move the press up and down to create a thick foam. Pour the foam onto each frappuccino and serve.
TOMATO AND CUCUMBER JUICE
By using a food processor instead of a juicer, you retain all the fibre in vegetables, which aids in digestion, fills you up faster and keeps you satisfied for longer. It also helps with weight loss.

- pinch of salt
- big handful basil leaves
- handful ice
- 500ml sparkling water
4 snacking cucumbers, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
12 cocktail tomatoes, halved basil leaves
