Kiara avoids gluten, sugar and dairy [well ‘almost’]. How come? As she puts it: “My cousin lost a lot of weight and became healthy after she took this test; more so, when she realised she was sensitive to gluten. After the test, I discovered that dairy and gluten didn’t suit my body at all too. So, I began phasing them out. I feel so much lighter and healthier today.”
