Not many, however, know of her passion for fitness and building a strong body, which started from a very early age.

In an easy breezy interview with ‘H&N’, the beautiful actress talks about her love for exercise, turning vegetarian, staying single and lots more… Here’s a peek into what goes into the making of Tabu…

Excerpts from the interview…

Tall, Trim & Toned

“When I was in school, I used to be the odd one out because of my height. But now, I’ve grown to appreciate and respect my body structure and height (thanks to my good genes) because it allows me to get away with some weight here and there and also helps me carry off different kind of clothes.

“As for being toned, I was always aware of fitness and have always wanted to be in shape from my early teens. So somewhere I tried to incorporate a lifestyle that helped me achieve that.”

Battling Weight Issues?

“Well, I was never ‘fat fat’. But according to movie standards, I had to definitely work a little on my body, and when I did that and went on to do my first Telugu film, they thought I was too thin. I was then put on a heavy diet of cream, milk and mangoes every morning. I had to come back and lose all of that as I was doing ‘Prem’ here and had to look slim in that. But it all balanced out in the long run.”
