If you have been living under the impression that cell phones are an evil necessity that double up as yet another disruptive force in your life, you are dead wrong. A recent PwC report states that Mobile Health platforms are the future of Indian Medicine. No wonder that as preventive measures, concerned app developers and mental health professionals have joined forces and created some apps that help patients a great deal in meditation. Several psychologists with whom we spoke believe that these apps are great for accentuating the effects of therapy. They also said that they often recommend such apps for meditation to many of their patients who otherwise have trouble meditating.
