Jackfruit is rich in many nutrients such as fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium, magnesium folate, riboflavin and niacin. These nutrients protect the body cells from damage, improve metabolism and ward off health conditions such as constipation, ulcers, cancer and high blood pressure.
