Asparagus PREP + COOK TIME 20 MINUTES SERVES 4

Preheat a chargrill pan over high heat. Trim 2cm from the ends of 480g asparagus. Group asparagus in threes, side-by-side, then thread two toothpicks or metal skewers through each group to hold them together. Brush asparagus with 2 tablespoons chilli-infused olive oil. Chargrill for 2 minutes each side or until tender. Serve with baby rocket leaves, finely grated parmesan and lemon wedges.
