BACON CHEDDAR DIP
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese, 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix and 2-4 cooked and crumbled strips of bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
CUCUMBER ONION DIP
In a small bowl, beat one 8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with rye chips or crackers.
GARLIC BLUE CHEESE DIP
In a blender, combine 1/2 cup milk, one 8-oz. pkg. cubed cream cheese, 1 cup crumbled blue cheese and 2 cloves peeled garlic; cover and process until blended. Serve with crackers.
