Crunchy Nut or cornflakes 150g

peanuts or blanched hazelnuts 25g, finely chopped

custard or cream to serve JAM

strawberries or raspberries 100g

golden caster sugar 75g

lemon juice 2 tsp

PASTRY

plain flour 200g

salted butter 100g, chilled and cubed

icing sugar 2 tbsp
