caster sugar 100g

fast-action dried yeast 7g sachet

eggs 4 large, at room temperature

unsalted butter 150g at room temperature, cut into cubes

FILLING

dried cherries 150g

kirsch 100ml

soft light brown sugar 50g

cocoa powder 30g

dark chocolate 125g, finely chopped

unsalted butter 100g, chopped

sea salt flakes pistachios 150g shelled, ½ finely chopped, ½ thinly sliced

SYRUP

caster sugar 100g
