OIL AND VINEGAR

Whether you’re cooking with it or simply drizzling over a plentiful salad or classic hummus, a quality bottle of olive oil is an absolute necessity. Choose from grassy and fruity, or pungent and peppery drops, depending on your palate. Vinegar, such as balsamic, is another Mediterranean pantry essential, used to add zing to dressings or to flavour marinades.
