1,5kg pork mince
2 slices white bread, soaked in 100ml milk
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 dried chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
100g cake flour, seasoned
