Start your day off right by eating a well-balanced breakfast.

This means choosing foods that are low in fat and high in protein, as well as whole grains, fruits and vegetables; try to avoid anything with added sugars. Eating a nutritious breakfast will give you energy for the day and help you focus better at work or school. Here are a few healthy breakfast ideas.

Breakfast Burritos

Make a breakfast burrito using gluten-free tortillas and egg whites, which are high in protein and cholesterol-free. Top it with fat-free cheddar cheese, avocados, tomatoes and black beans. For extra protein add tofu.
