If there is one thing that makes Food Exchange stand out from other star restaurants in the city of nawabs is their live kitchen. Here you get to see the chef whip up your favourite dishes and serve them hot on your plate. Come hungry, because there’s a lot to eat and all of it is as perfectly cooked as you would hope. The emphasis here is on freshness, local menu and organic options. Their speedy cooking method is the key to the whole magical operation. Peer over the open counter to study the kitchen team ‘saucepanning’ the ingredients to unctuous oblivion and that crowd in the buffet start to make a whole lot of sense.
