This is more so if the hair is already dry due to repeated chemical treatments like dye, color, bleach, straightening, or perming the hair. In winter, we enjoy the sunshine and also use hot water for washing the hair. These things can actually dry out the hair. The hair looks dry, rough and develops split ends, which also become very difficult to manage. We are confronted with the problem of dry and unmanageable hair and look forward to improving its condition.

The hair needs external nourishment during this season. The best way to do this is to apply oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil, provide nourishment and soften the hair. If you apply oil with a light massage, it also helps to stimulate blood circulation to the hair follicles. Massage the scalp gently with oil, using only the fingertips, and move your fingers in small circular movements.
