There is a duality within all of us. We are a mixture of both feminine and masculine energy. The masculine energy is aggressive and sometimes feels ‘restrictive’ for women because it is governed by logic and strength while the feminine is more about movement (always changing and shifting) and governed by nurturing qualities. Our dual nature requires balance but we live in a world that values and amplifies the masculine while repressing the feminine.

SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO TO ACTIVATE YOUR FEMININE ENERGY

Feminine energy, like hurricanes, doesn’t like to be boxed or restricted. It is pure motion.
