Your recent project ‘Runaway Lugai’ is gaining a lot of fame and appreciation from audiences. How does it feel and what’s next for you?
I’m grateful to my fans for welcoming ‘Runaway Lugai’ with so much love. The series is an MX Player comedy-drama directed by Avinash Das (who also directed Netflix’s ‘She’) and I’m glad the show has been received so well! People from all across India are messaging me because they loved my character, Bulbul, who is ambitious, confident, and bold. Since my role is also comically inclined, everybody is pleasantly surprised that I could play such a different character. There has been a lot of love and appreciation, ‘Runaway Lugai’ is topping the streaming charts and it feels amazing! Next up for me… I’m going to begin filming for a web series, a movie, and a very different project super soon. I’m excited!
