1-Arden, located in the CapitaSpring tower, is a bucolic utopia of sorts that lies within the mobbed madness of the Central Business District. At first glance, the tower is a daunting hulk of metal that stretches 51 stories into the sky but perched on it is 1-Arden, the 1-Group's latest project that includes Singapore's tallest eco-friendly garden oasis and several other of its restaurants nestled in the building. On the top, is Kaarla Restaurant and Bar where the executive chef of 1-Arden, John-Paul Fiechtner spotlights and plates "Coastal Australian" produce that is both delicious and environmentally ethical.
