We managed to get in a conversation with him where we discussed all things fashion and us as fashion connoisseurs loved it. We followed him from his abode to the atelier and discussed every little detail about his life. Welcome to L’Officiel, the first thing we’d like to know is why did you enter the fashion industry?
My dad was a tailor, and I always wanted to follow my family’s first step. Becoming a designer was a natural move for me.
What does fashion mean to you, and who was your inspiration when you started your own label?
Fashion means everything to me. Even some people joke about it by saying it is only fashion, and you are not saving anyone’s life, but to me, fashion did save my life by transforming it into such a beautiful life. I always draw inspiration from my dad and my brother as they are very involved in the community and produce manufacturing.
