Nush Cope TV & Radio Presenter

Nush Cope TV & Radio Presenter

Q: Can you tell us bit about yourself?

A: Where do I start?! Ok, I’ll try keep it short… I’m a presenter and all round lover of life, not taking it too seriously. I present everything from TV, YouTube and radio shows, live events and podcasts. Anything that allows me to speak to fascinating people and entertain, I’m up for it.

Q: What was your most memorable job and what would you name as your career highlights so far?

A: My most memorable job was being flown out to Los Angeles to interview Dwayne Johnson earlier this year. I never thought I would be given such a fantastic opportunity so soon in my career and I am forever grateful. Other career highlights so far have included hosting for MTV, interviewing 50 Cent (I’m a massive 50 fan!) and presenting at my favourite festivals such as Wireless and Reading. Just a couple of years ago I was going to these events with my friends dreaming of being able to work there and interview artists, a year later my hard work paid off and there I was.

Q: What does your usual working day look like?

A: One of the best things about my job is that no two days are the same. I used to work a 9-5 office job and the routine killed me. Life’s too short to not experience new things everyday. When I’m booked for a job, sometimes my call time can be as early as 6 am so I have to be prepared and well rested for that. If it’s filming for TV it’s usually an 8-10 hour day but if it’s an event I’m only needed for a few hours. Chasing your dream job doesn’t come easy, sometimes I’m working a 7 day week and not getting paid for all of it.

Q: What do you love the most in your line of work?
