Every bride dreams to look fit and glowing on her special day but is often confused on how to achieve it. Crash diet is not the solution, as it only make one gain weight after discontinuing it. What you really need is a systematic approach that is easy to follow.

As a health and transformation coach over the years, I have guided multiple brides with simple tips to get the bridal glow naturally on their special day. Read more about it.

WATCH YOUR CARBS

The common misconception about completely avoiding carbohydrates is not the solution. Instead, reduce your refined carb intake slowly but steadily. Simple carbs are easily broken down by the body, such as common sugars, corn syrups, baked goods, breakfast cereals, etc. Making small changes will help, like switching the white for brown wherever you can. Choose brown bread over white bread and brown rice over white. To ensure you get a multitude of vitamins and minerals try varying your grains and experiment with millets or commonly available grains like jowar, bajra, barley, etc. The boost of vitamins and the fiber from these complex carbohydrates will make a remarkable difference!
