You have so many years of experience in the field of education and academics. How do you see the changes which have taken place in the higher education sector & Indian education system over the years?
Higher education sector over the last 5-6 years have witnessed a very balanced thrust towards employability. Earlier education system, which served us well over the times but the fast-paced global developments called for some major overhaul. Government of India consciously dwelled on the issue and have given the new mantra of Innovation & Employability' as the underlying principle for the movement of Higher Education. New Education Policy is a quantum jump towards betterment of higher as well as school education. Impetus to the research, innovation and integration of IndustrySociety-Education into one model is the need of hour.
What are your suggestions, to integrate quality at all levels of education?
