The Kang's

Educational attainment on cultural consumption is a very rare achievement that Dr KNS Kang, Director General of PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana has been able to achieve. He comes from a family where his father, Dr Joginder Singh, retired as the Principal Scientist of NDRI, Karnal and his brother, sister, brother-in- law and he himself have all completed their PhDs in different fields.

Dr KNS has completed his electric engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra and later did his MBA and PhD in business management from Ludhiana where he later worked as the assistant professor. His wife, Harpreet Kaur Kang is a Havard graduate herself, who worked as a journalist for Indian Express and Times of India and is currently helping with their college management. She also has a private pilot license which is all the more appreciable. Thedir sons are now following in their footsteps; Gurnaaz Kang is pursuing his graduation from Oregon University, USA whereas Hassan Kang is pursuing his studies at Stonehill International School, Bangalore. Practicality with the morals of staying true to your roots defines the four walls of this family.
