How To Be Your Own Diva!
Glimpse|August 2019

It's 4.00 PM. Your bestie calls. It's the call you've been dreading! Her mother (vacationing in the USA) has after all convinced her to go & present the family at the shadi/ sangeet/reception of her distant cousin mama's son! And she has convinced you to naturally go along with her. BFFS!! Three hours to leave and no clothes to go!

Shibani Varma

Fikar Not, Glimpse has got you! And we are not going to give you gyan about 'not waiting for weight loss to happen and just go ahead and buy clothes so that you land up in situations like these!' We are sure you have ample people to do this for you! So this is how we go about it... The important thing to remember in life and especially in times like these is that 'sticking to norms is boring! Yes. Boring with a capital B and the rest in bold! So, break some rules, make some new ones, kick in some confidence Be your own Diva!

Mix & match

That's going to be the key here. Who said you cannot mix a pair of jet black skinny treggings with an ethic top and a long dupatta draped like a half saree? Not to forget chunky bangles & big, round earrings. Complement the look with a middle part and a tight bun. Finally finish it off with a winged eyeliner, black nail paint and matt lips in any colour that goes with your skin tone. Treggings not your style? Then how about mixing your full flair Skirt with the Kurta you got last month. Check out the pictures we have put in here for you.

Psst

Don't have make up. When will the counters at the mall come to use. And just by the way, they will even do your make up for free. Go dazzle girl!
