Tell us a little bit about your own personal path of empowerment?
Self-Belief and Persistence are continuous factors that empower me to achieve my goals. The grit helped me learn about the Indian market, establish my studio and gain ground in less than 3 years.
What kind of support do you receive from your family & in-laws as well?
Anything & Everything. Anytime & Always. My entrepreneurial venture would not have been possible without them. They have donned every hat to support me. Investor, customer, chauffer, sourcing, accounting, recruitment, the list of support is endless. The tangible support can be listed but it is their omnipresent intangible support that I cherish the most.
How do you overcome the obstacles you face?
Most important is to not panic. I am methodical in everything I do, so when faced with an obstacle, I spend some time to identify the root cause. I then list down possible solutions and then choose one. If and when required I have an army of friends and family who are ever so ready to counsel and help.
What is the best part of your work?
