Her debut book, biography of the Sufiking Hans Raj Hans titled “Rags To Ragas “brought her glory and also “The Women Achiever Award Canada”. Preet is also a proficient radio presenter and has been a part of All India Radio for nearly a decade. Her absorbing voice and meaningful script had been her forte. Currently she hosts an evening time radio show “Culture Of Punjab “on Canada’s leading Asian Radio station Cina Radio 1650 AM. An alumnus of St Joseph’s Convent School, Jalandhar, Preet earned a BA ( Honours ) degree from Hans Raj Mahila Mahavidyala and received her master’s degree in English literature from DAV Jalandhar. How did the idea hit you of coming out with the book?
