Some of the most iconic films in pop culture have seen their leads sport Rolex watches. The more remarkable fact though is that none of these were the result of shrewd product placement – the shows’ directors had reportedly chosen the timepieces to portray the fortitude and strength of the respective characters. After all, the Swiss watchmaker has always abstained from such marketing practices, preferring instead to build holistic relationships with like-minded partners.
