FASHION FORWARD

FIRST STEPS IN FASHION

My love for fashion was instilled very early on. And I think my childhood played a very important role in shaping me into who I am today. I grew up surrounded by fashion. My mother owned a tailor shop in Milan and that place is my foundation for so many memories and learnings. She was a huge inspiration to me. A strong curiosity grew in me by just watching her and looking at her world. Her daily life stirred me and fueled a strong desire within to try my hand at fashion. It was then that I knew that I would definitely end up doing in the fashion industry. I didn’t know what it would be exactly but I knew I wanted to be around clothes, design and the works! Today, when I look back, I realise that growing up in such a context, allowed my creativity to mature hand in hand with a concreteness and an entrepreneurial vision that has always distinguished my personal approach.
