La mejor hora para tener sexo

El sexo no solo es placentero, también es bueno para tu salud. Sus beneficios van desde reducir drásticamente los niveles de estrés hasta prevenir el riesgo de cáncer y ataques cardíacos. También facilita los sentimientos de intimidad con tu pareja, disminuye la ansiedad y le da un boost a tu sistema inmune. Pero, ¿realmente cuál es el mejor momento para un encuentro hot?

Se alborota

Las hormonas tienen enormes implicaciones en tu vida sexual, así como los sentimientos que puedas experimentar después de tenerlo, como el pillow talk, en tu estado de ánimo y en el descanso que tendrás por la noche. Quizá no sabes que las hormonas alcanzan un estado máximo durante el día. Según la autora del libro Woman Code, Alisa Vitti, estas secreciones se sincronizan con las de tu pareja y, por eso, tener relaciones sexuales a cierta hora del día podría generar diferentes tipos de respuesta.
