In a recent survey by the Australian Psychology Society, more than three in four young people (78.8%) are on social media for an average of 3.3 hours or more each day. And according to the Social Media Trends 2019 report, Indian users, on an average, spend almost 2.4 hours on social media.

But, there’s so much more to life than the virtual realm. Like real-life interactions. Here are a few more things that should occupy your time (and deserve your attention), besides your social media account(s).

HOW YOU CARRY YOURSELF

Have you ever met someone who looks extremely charismatic in their Instagram pictures, but are rather shy and sloppy in real life? What’s scary is that you could be that person to someone else. If you’re the opposite of what you project on social media—confident, well-groomed, well-mannered—work on that.
