At age two he can read, write, and even solve maths problems that might have adults reaching for their calculators.
He can speak English, French, Italian, and Spanish as well as Twi and Yoruba – two indigenous African languages – and is now also teaching himself Japanese. It took him only 24 hours to learn how to count to 40 in the language sim ply by watching a YouTube video.
There’s no doubt the little boy is talented. Isaiah, whose parents are originally from Ghana and Jamaica but are now based in London, discovered the numeracy video while watching educational clips on his mother’s phone.
“He listened to it once and was fixated,” his mom, Jazelle (30), recalls. “He asked to watch it again, then before I knew it he would recite the numbers back to back.”
