When Vinny started investigating Ben Tucker’s murder to save innocent jailed Liv, he never thought that he’d end up in danger.

Now, with both Vinny and Manpreet held hostage, Meena needs to get rid of them.

Alone in the barn with woozy Manpreet, Vinny learns Meena’s a serial killer who did away with Ben. Although terrified, he insists they’ll be OK, kicking his house keys towards Manpreet…

When evil nurse Meena returns with an IV drip, however, a double murder looks certain. But is it?

Back in the village, GP Liam has discovered there’s no record of Meena’s recent miscarriage on file. When he later questions whether Meena was ever carrying her ex Billy’s baby, she snaps…

‘Meena tries to manipulate Liam but when that doesn’t work, she threatens him to make sure he doesn’t blab,’ says Paige Sandhu, who plays her.

Having also clocked a fresh wound on Meena’s wrist, will Liam act on his observations?

‘Liam is suspicious. With Vinny there, that adds all of the Dingles into the mix,’ says Paige. ‘But she’s not afraid what people will think. She’s excited that she’s the queen of serial killers.’

Driving the Dingle van into the barn, Meena leaves the engine running, walks out and happily jams the doors shut…
