Whip-smart Eliza Scarlet proved a force to be reckoned with when she took over her late father's detective agency and solved his murder in Alibi's lavish Victorian-era mystery drama Miss Scarlet and the Duke.
As the second series begins, Eliza (Kate Phillips) has grown closer to friend and collaborator Detective William 'The Duke' Wellington (Stuart Martin). But their relationship is tested when Eliza is hired to investigate one of his unsolved cases.
