Instead, she has Chas Dingle turning up on her doorstep, refusing to let her see the light of day until she’s seen sense and sobered up. Probably not what Dr Hilary would recommend, but heigh-ho!
The demon drink has been a crutch for Liv in the past, and she has slipped back into bad ways following the death of Paul Ashdale. In the barn with him when it was struck by Jimmy’s truck, she initially tried to free the twisted gambler as he lay trapped under a beam, but she ultimately walked away.
