Fit For A Future King...

Take the undisputed queen of cakes, mix in the future King and Queen of England, sprinkle with inspirational people and add a dash of festive cheer – and what do you have?

The perfect ingredients for TV gold, as Mary Berry joins forces with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to pay tribute to deserving volunteers around the country in BBC1’s seasonal special A Berry Royal Christmas.

Mary and Kate have been friends since meeting in 2013 at a charity event for Child Bereavement UK, of which the former Bake Off judge and Prince William are patrons.

In this one-off programme, Mary travels around the UK with the royal couple to see the amazing work of four of the charities they support. Together, they prepare a special meal to thank those who are working and volunteering over the festive period.
