As Andy Sugden in Emmerdale, Kelvin Fletcher was often seen driving tractors and lugging hay bales. But away from the cameras, the actor is a self-confessed ‘townie’, who first set foot in the countryside when he joined the ITV soap in 1996, aged 12.
However, this hasn’t stopped Fletcher from buying a 120-acre farm in the Peak District, moving there with his wife Liz and two children to become a sheep farmer.
