Having God on your side doesn’t guarantee an easy ride, as TV’s most outrageous televangelists discover when quirky comedy The Righteous Gemstones returns for a second season.

When the nine-part run begins on Sky Comedy, the dysfunctional, bickering Gemstone clan are expanding their lucrative family business into the streaming world. Storm clouds could be gathering, however, as self-serving eldest son Jesse, played by creator Danny McBride, is becoming increasingly eager to take over the reins from dad Eli (John Goodman).
