NEW ENTERTAINMENT

The Games

Monday-Friday, 9pm, ITV

A dozen celebrities will be straining every sinew this week as they take part in a range of Olympic sports in new ITV series The Games.

A revamp of the C4 show that ran between 2003 and 2006, The Games will follow the contestants' gruelling training regimes as they're taught 10 events from scratch before they compete live every evening.

PUSHED TO THE LIMIT

Harry Potter star Josh Herdman, Strictly dancer Kevin Clifton and newsreader Lucrezia Millarini are among the contestants who'll be vying for a place on the podium, with a male and female winner set to be crowned on Friday after points from all the events are combined.
