As Hogwarts boy wizard Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe gained plenty of experience in saving the world. Now, the 30-year-old actor is back to rescue humanity again when he stars in quirky comedy Miracle Workers.

Showing on new channel Sky Comedy (see panel, right), the seven-parter is set in Heaven and stars Radcliffe as a neurotic angel called Craig, who spends his days answering prayers at Heaven Inc – a corporation run by a jaded and dim-witted God, played by Boardwalk Empire’s Steve Buscemi.

When God announces plans to blow up Earth and start over with another project, Craig teams up with new work colleague Eliza (Geraldine Viswanathan) to save mankind by solving a seemingly impossible prayer and preventing God from carrying out his threat.

With just two weeks before the planet is doomed, can the celestial co-workers come to the rescue? We asked Radcliffe to reveal more...
