Strawberry & spinach salad
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch baby spinach
1 cup strawberry slices
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
½ cup walnuts, halved
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
½ cup olive oil Salt, to taste Ground black pepper, to taste
METHOD
1. Place the spinach, strawberries, cheese, and walnuts in a large bowl.
2. For the dressing, pour in the balsamic vinegar and honey in another bowl, and stir. Add the olive oil, whisking continuously. Season with salt and pepper.
