This is my Uncle Ken and my mom, Barbara—yes, they were called Ken and Barbie—visiting Santa in 1946.

Bobbie Davenport (wearing headband) of Huntsville, AL, and her twin sister, Becky, got their furry friends in 1964. “We had gone two long, sad months without a dog in our house. We came home and found these adorable puppies, Bebe (left) and Buffy, waiting for us,” Bobbie writes.
