Getting yourself ready for the fitness journey and workout plans may seem intimidating.

Complete Workout Plan for Beginners

But when you make the decision and go for it, trust me you are going to enjoy. Many people think workout should be done every day and regularly. Yes you have to workout regularly but not every day. You need to give time for the muscle recovery. For beginners three times a week is enough workouts. In today’s issue, I am going to be providing you the workout plans for the beginners. You must be now wondering if you are a beginner or not, especially those of you who used to workout regularly in the past. Let me make it simple, anyone who have not worked out or not lifted weights for past six months or more are considered to be beginners.

For beginners the best workout plans for few weeks would be basic body weight circuit. In a circuit routine, you’ll do each exercise in succession without a break in between if you’re able to. Once you’ve finished all exercises in the circuit, you would have to do it again. You can still continue for the third if you’re still able after 2nd run.
