1. In a mixing bowl, mix together 2/3 cup lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast. Add 2 cups flour. Mix well.
2. Flour a cutting board (to keep the dough from sticking). Place the dough on the board.
