AN IDEAL toy is one that fuels children’s desire to learn by shaping their cognitive, motor and social skills in a fun manner. When Tejal Bajla looked for such toys in the Indian market for her son, who was 4 at the time, she drew a blank. Sensing the importance and need for such products, and also a potential business opportunity, she launched Brainsmith in late 2016.
