The plastic surgery dream team opens up about their toughest cases
Botched's Docs: Even We Can't Fix Everything

In their eight years on the E! docuseries Botched, plastic surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow have worked miracles on people desperate to fix procedures-gone-wrong. But the famous docs admit there are some cases even they can't help. There are patients who come in who we can't fix for one reason or the other, says Paul, 59, who welcomed daughter Paulina with wife Brittany in October 2019. (He also shares three older children with his ex-wife, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof.) “Either we're going to ruin them - or they're just crazy.” Here, longtime pals Paul and Terry, 63 (who has four kids with his Real Housewives of Orange County star wife Heather Dubrow), talk to In Touch's Fortune Benatar about taking on their most challenging work yet in Season 7, the latest plastic surgery craze taking over Hollywood and the secret to their lasting friendship.

Tell us about some of your toughest cases.

PN: The latest season featured some very unusual complications things Dr. Dubrow and I never thought existed. A doctor had a silicone injectable in her cheek, and it destroyed her face. And we saw fillers that destroyed a nose.

TD: Another woman was born with a tumor on her foot, and they removed her entire heel and reconstructed it with tissue from her back, and at 19 she had a back on her foot. It grew like a back!
