William & Kate Stronger Than Ever

There is no doubt the House of Windsor has been tested over the past 18 months, but through all the drama the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have emerged as a much-needed source of stability for the royal family. In official portraits taken to mark their 10th wedding anniversary on April 29, the couple looked stronger – and more in love – than ever.

Posing in the courtyard of their home at Kensington Palace, Kate Middleton, 39, cuddled up close to her husband as they flashed megawatt smiles. After a decade in her role, she’s steadily grown more confident and proven to be a rock for Prince William, 38, standing by his side following the fallout from his brother Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“She’s made the job her own and given him a beautiful family,” a royal insider told the Mail Online, referring to the couple’s three children, Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3. “They are a real team now,” they added.Despite the impressive milestone, the source revealed there was no extravagant celebration and the couple likely “[did] the school run” before enjoying a quiet dinner at home.

It’s family that remains the focus for William and Kate, who are determined to give their three offspring as normal an upbringing as possible. Their close bond with their kids was evident in a video the couple shared on their special day, which showed them frolicking with their youngsters in Norfolk – where their country home Anmer Hall is located.
