During their nine-year relationship, Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian welcomed three kids together and weathered the storms of Disick’s parental loss and substance abuse issues. Kardashian called things off for good when Disick was sprung cosying up to his ex, Chloe Bartoli, in July 2015, but since then, the pair have managed to successfully co-parent their children. Yet while their closeness has been a bonus for the kids – Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 6 – it’s caused issues in the romantic lives of both adults.

After being linked to a series of models and actresses, including Megan Blake Irwin and Bella Thorne, Disick began a long-term relationship with Sofia Richie, 22, in 2017. They split in August 2020 after his closeness with Kardashian proved too much for her to handle. “I feel like she just started wanting to just push Kourtney out,” Disick reveals in the premiere episode of Season 20 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. “She was like, ‘I don’t want to share you as a boyfriend with Kourtney. And then she literally said, with an ultimatum: ‘You have to choose me or Kourtney.’”

For Disick, the choice was clear. “I’m never going to give up my relationship with Kourtney and the co-parenting we have,” he continued. “Nothing in a million years will be worth what we have.”
