THE DUKE OPENS UP LIKE NEVER BEFORE
PRINCE WILLIAM'S PRIVATE PAIN

Prince William is known for displaying a British stiff upper lip. But in a revealing new podcast, the Duke of Cambridge is wearing his heart on his sleeve to share a very personal cause.

William made a special Christmas edition of Time to Walk with Apple Fitness Plus as a passion project to encourage people to get out for a stroll and prioritise their mental health. During the intimate 38-minute show, the prince opens up about his own battle while working with the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

William served for two years with the emergency medical service from 2015. While he was employed as a pilot, he would get “fully involved in each job’’ and sometimes even gave CPR to patients. “Seeing patients and families ripped apart on almost a daily basis, that routine, you just get into a habit of head down and get on with it,” William said.
