For the actress, happiness begins with friendship and feeling great—inside and out
Jen Aniston - ‘I Lead With Love'

She may be one of the busiest women in Hollywood, but Jennifer Aniston will always drop whatever she is doing to watch the sunset at the end of each day.

“It’s my favourite moment,” she says. “I wish we could freeze time in that magic hour because there’s a lot of taking it all in, the appreciation of the day and what’s happening.”

The actress, 52, is especially grateful for her close-knit circle of friends of more than 30 years and her beloved dogs – schnauzer mix Clyde, pit bull mix Sophie and newly rescued Great Pyrenees mix Lord Chesterfield – as well as her thriving career as a producer and actress. Her starring turn on the Apple TV Plus drama Morning Wars, which she also executive produces, won her an Emmy nomination and a Screen Actors Guild Award last year. And her long-awaited reunion with her most famous crew on Friends: the Reunion drew blockbuster viewership in May.

Old friendships, new beginnings

Bonded forever

“It really just felt like time had not moved,” Aniston says of reuniting with her Friends castmates.

Boss woman

The Morning Wars plotlines are “very intense and emotional and complicated”, says Aniston (with co-star Steve Carell).
