She might be known for her more unusual health hacks, but it certainly seems to be paying off for Gwyneth Paltrow! The 47-year-old was spotted showing off her incredibly trim and toned body while on the beach in the Hamptons on August 23. Wearing a barely-there bikini, the actress-turned-entrepreneur looked half her age as she splashed about amongst the waves.

The star has become the poster girl for healthy living in Hollywood since launching her health and beauty empire Goop in 2008. And while her fondness for alternative wellness trends and left-of-centre practices has seen her encounter her fair share of controversy, Paltrow’s day-to-day diet and workouts are actually quite relatable.

Breakfast is a smoothie with almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla mushroom protein powder. “I have a pretty healthy lunch with some protein and salad,” Paltrow previously shared on her Goop podcast, with recipes like a tuna or Asian chicken salad bowl on high rotation. “And for dinner, I have whatever I want, but I do always try to avoid highly processed foods and high-fructose corn syrup.”
