A Killer's Warning ‘Don't Let Me Out!'

His crimes against a two-year-old boy when he was just a child himself shocked a nation, and now James Bulger’s killer Jon Venables has reportedly told prison chiefs that he doesn’t want to be freed over fears he’ll re-offend. The now 38-year-old was jailed for a third time in 2017 after being found with a collection of vile child abuse imagery. And despite being up for parole, Venables is adamant he should remain behind bars.

“Venables told the board he did not seek release because he’s worried that he’ll re-offend,” a source told The Sun. “On the outside, he finds it difficult to make friends or gain employment and he seeks out drink, sex and pornography as a way of adding excitement to his life and that’s a potent mix.”
